管板自動焊機現(xian)場鈦管(guan)(guan)焊(han)(han)(han)前準備:管(guan)(guan)道主要焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭、坡口(kou)尺寸、形式及(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)道分布,管(guan)(guan)板(ban)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)現(xian)場鈦管(guan)(guan)焊(han)(han)(han)前清(qing)(qing)理,坡口(kou)及(ji)兩(liang)側各50以內的內外表面(mian)(mian)(mian)清(qing)(qing)除油污后,應用(yong)奧氏體不(bu)銹鋼絲(si)刷、絞(jiao)刀等(deng)機(ji)械方法清(qing)(qing)除其氧(yang)化膜、毛刺和表面(mian)(mian)(mian)缺(que)陷(xian)。經機(ji)械清(qing)(qing)理后坡口(kou)的表面(mian)(mian)(mian)填充焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si),焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)前使用(yong)不(bu)含硫的丙酮或乙醇進(jin)行(xing)脫脂(zhi)處理。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)如被污染、氧(yang)化變色時(shi),污染部(bu)分應予(yu)切(qie)除。管(guan)(guan)子(zi)或管(guan)(guan)件組對時(shi)應做到內壁(bi)齊平,對口(kou)錯邊量不(bu)應超過壁(bi)厚的10%。定(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)應采用(yong)與正(zheng)式焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)相(xiang)同的焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)材料及(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工藝(yi),定(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)縫長(chang)度(du)一般為5mm-10mm,高度(du)不(bu)超過壁(bi)厚的2/3。定(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)縫不(bu)得(de)有裂紋、氣孔(kong)、夾污及(ji)氧(yang)化變色等(deng)缺(que)陷(xian),發現(xian)缺(que)陷(xian)應及(ji)時(shi)清(qing)(qing)除。
