對于管板焊機的(de)故(gu)障(zhang),必(bi)須正確分析,有的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)很容(rong)易查找(zhao),僅換幾個元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)即(ji)可排除(chu)。但(dan)由(you)于線路(lu)設計不合理(li)產生的(de)誤差,就需要根據(ju)實際(ji)情況(kuang)分析處(chu)理(li)。例如(ru),我(wo)們使用(yong)77—1型焊機時曾發(fa)現,當工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流30A以上(shang)時,焊機接(jie)觸器(qi)(qi)CJ2有忽(hu)通忽(hu)斷的(de)響聲,其(qi)后自(zi)動切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan);如(ru)無高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,CJ2又工作(zuo)正常(chang)。我(wo)們分析電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)圖后認為(wei),該(gai)焊機利(li)用(yong)高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)引弧,使高(gao)(gao)、低頻(pin)處(chu)于一個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)上(shang),如(ru)果(guo)高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)扼流圈不能阻止(zhi)高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流進(jin)(jin)入低頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),將使工作(zuo)不正常(chang),甚至燒(shao)壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)。上(shang)述故(gu)障(zhang)就屬于這(zhe)種情況(kuang),即(ji)高(gao)(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流進(jin)(jin)入了低頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。
